Every patient undergoing a potentially painful procedure is carefully assessed and provided with appropriate pain relief medication to ensure their comfort and well-being. 

OVVH maintains a wide selection of oral pain management options designed to address both chronic pain in senior pets, such as arthritis or degenerative conditions, and acute pain associated with surgery or injury. These medications may be administered in-hospital or prescribed for at-home use, allowing continued pain control during the recovery period and helping our patients heal comfortably and safely.
